Your first therapy session is a welcoming space to slow down, share what’s been bringing you here, and begin building a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship. We’ll explore your concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy at a pace that feels comfortable for you. This session is focused on understanding you as a whole person and laying the foundation for meaningful, ongoing work together.
