At Magnolia Creek Psychotherapy, my work is rooted in compassion, respect, and thoughtful care. My work is guided by evidence-based practice, nervous-system–informed care, and a deep respect for the mind–body connection.

Services offered

Psychotherapy services are offered with care, presence, and intention. Clients can choose between in-person or virtual appointments, and are invited to begin with a complimentary exploratory call to ensure the right fit. Ongoing sessions are available in 60- or 90-minute formats, creating space for thoughtful, individualized psychotherapy that supports lasting change.

Therapy is focused on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, while consistently adjusted and tailored to meet your goals and needs. A lifelong personal and professional background in the principles of anxiety, depression, OCD, and ADHD allow me a deeply compassionate understanding of my clients, and the ability to assist you in navigating this phase of your life with empathy and confidence.
